ชาห์รชาด โอรัง เป็นศิลปินสหวิทยาการและนักเคลื่อนไหวดิจิทัลซึ่งพำนักอยู่ในนครซิดนีย์ ประเทศออสเตรเลีย ปัจจุบันเธอทำงานภายใต้ซื่อ artdeshazโดยใช้ศิลปะดิจิทัล ภาพถ่าย และสื่อผสมเป็น รูปแบบของการต่อต้าน เพื่อนำเสียงของผู้ถูกทำให้เงียบงันกลับคืนมา และตั้งคำถามกับอำนาจเผด็จการผ่านการเล่าเรื่องด้วยภาพ
