VENICE CITY IN THE BLUE 150x150

In this gilded blue canvas, where the light shatters in ancient gleams, the breath of a city suspended between water and sky opens up, dreamed Venice, transfigured Venice, the echo of a timeless time.
The deep blue of lapis lazuli envelops creation, uniting the firmament with the lagoon,
as if the sea were sky turned upside down and the stars were reflections of water.

‘Venice is a dream suspended between water and sky,
mirror of a timeless time, where every stone holds the breath of eternity.’

The palaces rise like cathedrals of the air, soaring upwards, guarding in their interstices secrets of stone and golden silences. On the Bridge of Sighs, glimpsed in the distance, hovers the breath of centuries,
a passage between worlds, between the visible and the invisible.

And at the top of the bell tower, there is the living icon of the fusion of human and cosmos:
a woman accompanies the sun in its setting, almost as if she were a priestess of the day,
she who regulates the rhythm of time, a Great Mother who watches over the eternal cycle of light
and shadow.

Beyond the arch that opens onto a secret courtyard, the green of the garden emerges like a beating heart between the buildings. A deer, ancient messenger of the gods, watches us, a silent guide to the depths
of the soul. Two others, like mirrors of an arcane dialogue, speak to each other from one bank to the other, marking a symbolic passage, perhaps between the earthly world and the subtle world of the spirit.

‘The deer watches us from the secret garden,
silent guide between worlds, guardian of invisible thresholds.’

And yet, Venice lives, it is not only dream and symbol. In its ‘campi e campielli’, among the leaves of the trees, there is movement: those who run, those who dance in balance between earth and air, among birds and doves, messengers of peace and flight of the soul. A woodpecker, totem of tireless work, feeds on the fruit of the earth, anchored to the trunk that supports him, like an ascetic in his refuge.

And the water is alive, full of presences. Dolphins play in the lagoon, border beings between the underwater and the emerged world, symbols of harmony and primordial intelligence. Between them, sportsmen move, united in play like dancers in an ancient ritual.

But it is the whale, the great monument, the symbol that captures the essence of this vision: colossus of the abysses, spirit of the sea, it is caressed with reverence. It is respect for the great mystery, for the creatures that guard the secret of the oceans and ancestral memory.

Now the sky is filled with stars, and the first planets emerge like divine eyes peering into the golden city. Venice lights up, reflecting on the lagoon like upturned constellations, and day gives way to night, as the woman on the campanile performs her ritual, letting the sun bathe in the infinite blue.

‘The first stars light up the sky, as the city glows gold:
above and below, the universe is reflected in an infinite dance.’

This Venice is not just a place: it is an allegory, a symbolic journey between sky, earth and water, between light and shadow, between history and myth. It is the very breath of the eternal, enclosed in the gilding of the canvas, like a relic of dreams that have never faded.

‘In the lapis lazuli of the night, the sky merges with water,
Venice becomes a fragment of the cosmos, an island of eternity.’
